The deployment of an LGSO (Licensed Gaming Security Officer) is an effective solution against crime and disorder whilst adhereing to license terms and conditions.

 

All security officers are highly trained and licensed in accordance with the PSIA 2001 and ATCS 2001 Acts, with third-party customer relations, conflict resolution and first aid within the workplace training.

Officers are deployed with an extensive uniform and kit bag, including a body worn camera. A proven device for the prevention and management of potential anti-social behaviour, crime, conflict and the collation of neutral evidence within the day-to-day workplace environment.
